The contractor used us at West Point Military Academy on a very windy, high containments of the gymnasium, two years later they brought us in to wrap the scaffolding around the new control tower. The wind never stopped and the crew put in twice the time allotted for the job fighting the wind, sometimes snow, but in the end the job was completed and the contractor breathed a sign of relief.
